Cookie Policy

1. The Short Version

This site does not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no third-party script of any kind. Even the fonts are served from our own servers rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to anybody else.

That is why you do not get a consent dialog with a dozen toggles on it. There is nothing to switch off.

2. What This Site Stores

Two things, both in your browser’s local storage on your own device, and neither of them ever sent to us:

• mm-theme — whether you chose the light or dark face of the site. Without it, a choice you made would be forgotten on the next page. Stays until you clear your browser data.
• cookie-notice — the fact that you closed the notice at the bottom of the screen. Without it, the notice would come back on every page. Stays until you clear your browser data.

Neither is a cookie in the technical sense: nothing is attached to the requests your browser makes, so we cannot read either one from our side.

3. What the Dashboard Stores

The client dashboard at app.re.maplemind.co is a different thing from this marketing site, and it does set a session cookie once you sign in. That cookie is strictly necessary — it is what keeps you signed in — and it carries a session token and nothing else. No consent is required for it and switching it off would mean you could not log in.

The dashboard also keeps your theme choice and a few view preferences locally, the same way this site does.

4. How to Remove Them

Clearing site data for maplemind.co in your browser settings removes everything on this page. Nothing breaks: you will simply be asked for your theme again and see the notice once more. You can also browse in a private window, where none of it persists at all.

5. If This Changes

If we ever add something that is not strictly necessary — analytics, for example — we will ask for your consent before it loads, not after, and it will be off until you say yes. This page will say what it is and when it was added.
